Craving a gourmet and refreshing drink at home?
Discover our new obsession: raspberry sparkling water with whipped matcha. An original creation that perfectly combines the effervescence of bubbles with the sweetness of matcha.
The idea? Combine the freshness of raspberry-flavored sparkling water with the creamy texture of whipped matcha. The result: a balanced drink full of contrast, where the lightness of the bubbles meets the creaminess of the matcha.
A simple recipe to recreate at home, to savor again and again.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp matcha
- 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup raspberries
- A few ice cubes
- Indigo Soda sparkling water, to taste

Preparation
- In a bowl, add the milk and matcha, then whisk vigorously with a matcha whisk until the powder is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- In the same bowl, add the cream, maple syrup, and vanilla. Using a portable electric milk frother, aerate the mixture until it reaches a whipped cream consistency. Set aside.
- In a large glass, add the raspberries, then crush them roughly. Add the ice cubes, then the sparkling water. Gently cover the water with the whipped matcha cream. Stir and enjoy immediately.
