We do not accept returns or refunds for CO2 gas cylinders, except in the case of exchanging empty cylinders for full ones.

We are only responsible for replacing items if they are defective or damaged. We cover the return shipping costs and any associated fees for exchanges due to a product defect.

Returns
Our return policy is valid for one year (365 days). If 365 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund of the return discount.
Refunds and return discounts
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval of the discount refund.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before the refund is credited. If you have followed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at info@indigosoda.ca
Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs for your cylinders. We will help you generate a prepaid return label.
Warranty on sparkling water machines
Indigo Soda machines come with an 18-month warranty from the date of purchase. It is essential to keep your proof of purchase to register your warranty .
The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to:
- Misuse, abuse, commercial use or unauthorized modification.
- Damage related to improper carbonation of liquids other than water.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., discoloration).
- Incorrect assembly or repair carried out by an unauthorized third party.
- Use of a CO2 cylinder, bottle or valve not certified by Indigo Soda.
- Using an expired water bottle.
- Damage caused by an accident, transport or use not in accordance with domestic use.
