Recipe by Sarah Bourgeois-Caya of Moments Apéro
At Indigo Soda, we love seeing our community push the limits of sparkling water. If there's one person who has mastered the art of creating buzz-worthy drinks, it's Sarah.
Between her company's events, Sarah brings her Indigo Soda machine with her to create sparkling mocktails on-site: a much more economical, and ecological alternative.
Her current creation? A coconut-lavender sparkling lemonade that literally tastes like summer.
The exotic sweetness of coconut meets the floral and soothing notes of lavender, all enhanced by fine bubbles. The result: a light, fragrant, and frankly irresistible drink, perfect for a corporate event, a wedding, a picnic, or simply an aperitif with friends.
Sarah suggests adding a dash of Québec limoncello from Distillerie 3 Lacs for a local touch that tastes like the dolce vita... version from here.
