Sparkling rosé is perfect for spoiling mothers, as its ingredients are simple: lychee, grapefruit juice, rose water, grenadine and above all, Indigo sparkling water.
A pale pink sparkling water cocktail in a textured glass, decorated with dried rose petals. The drink rests on a white surface, with a cast shadow creating a play of light.
Mixologist Jessica Lapointe is back with a second recipe to showcase our local Indigo sparkling wines, and also to pamper our mothers on Mother's Day. A lovely cocktail to enjoy with Mom! A non-alcoholic version is also available.
It smells like spring!
