This autumn, Indigo Soda went to meet the cowboys and cowgirls at the legendary Saint-Tite Western Festival.
For the occasion, we wanted to help people discover our local bubbles in a new way with an autumn-inspired mocktail, created by Sarah from Moments Apéro. On the menu: raspberry, vanilla, lemon, and sparkling water—a fruity, slightly tart, and smooth blend.
Here is the recipe to easily recreate at home.

For 1 serving — glass of approximately 207 ml
Ingredients
- 1 oz Prosyro raspberry syrup
- 1/4 oz vanilla extract
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Add the raspberry syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Stir the ingredients slightly.
- Add 4 oz of fresh sparkling water.
- Stir gently one last time to keep as many bubbles as possible.
- Garnish with a few raspberries or a slice of lemon, to taste.
