Strawberry, Rhubarb, and Rosemary Mocktail

Strawberry, Rhubarb, and Rosemary Mocktail

Recipe by Couleurs et Végétaux

Finally, the season for outdoor happy hours is here. To create refreshing drinks at home, nothing could be simpler than a sparkling water machine and Indigo Soda CO₂ cylinders.

A local company, Indigo Soda offers cylinders compatible with all machines on the market, more affordable than major brands, and much more environmentally friendly than single-use bottles.

This mocktail is very simple to make, and the syrup can be prepared in advance. The strawberry and rhubarb combination is a classic of our Quebec summers, perfect with fresh bubbles.

Enjoy as is, or adapt to your taste. Cheers.
