Recipe by Maman sur mesure in collaboration with Expo Manger Santé

We know that proper hydration is essential, but it's not always easy to achieve every day. Since I've incorporated sparkling water with Indigo Soda into my routine, drinking water has become much simpler and more enjoyable.

The bubbles make hydration more refreshing and make it easy to create tasty drinks with fruits or herbs, without added sugar. It's also an excellent, more economical and ecological alternative to sugary drinks, with refills up to 35% cheaper.

A simple habit that makes a real difference and pleases the whole family.

  • A few watermelon cubes
  • 2 fresh or canned lychees, drained
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 to 4 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) honey
