Can you put anything other than water in a bottle for a sparkling water machine?
Yes, but only after carbonation. With the Indigo Soda sparkling water machine, carbonate cold, plain water only.
Once the water is carbonated, you can add juice, syrup or flavourings to make your favourite sparkling drinks. Do not carbonate the water again after adding these ingredients. You can also add flavourings directly to your glass.

Can sparkling water be stored directly in the bottle?
Yes. Indigo Soda reusable bottles are designed for making and storing sparkling water. After carbonation, close the cap tightly and refrigerate the bottle to help keep your water fizzy for longer.
For best results, chill your water before carbonating it: cold water holds CO2 better. Close the bottle promptly after each pour and avoid shaking it.

Yes. Our reusable sparkling water bottles are BPA-free (made without bisphenol A). They are designed for making and storing sparkling water every day when used and cleaned according to the instructions.

Are bottles for sparkling water machines dishwasher safe?
To maintain their quality and extend their lifespan, we recommend hand washing your Indigo Soda reusable bottles rather than putting them in the dishwasher.
Use lukewarm water and mild soap, rinse thoroughly and allow the bottles to air dry. If needed, use a soft bottle brush to clean the bottom. Avoid very hot water to protect the plastic from excessive heat.
