Refunds

We do not accept returns, nor do we refund CO2 gas cylinders, unless empty cylinders are being exchanged for full cylinders.

Exchanges

We will replace defective or damaged items only. We cover the cost of returns and exchange-related costs due to product defects.

Empty Cylinder Return Policy

Returns

Our policy is to honour returns for one year (365 days). If 365 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately not able to refund the return discount.

Return discount refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of our decision by email along with information on the rebate refund. When your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received an expected refund, check your bank account again, just in case. Then contact the company that issued your credit card. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted to your account. Then contact your bank. Processing time is often required before the refund is posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@indigosoda.ca.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for the return of your cylinders. We’ll help you generate a prepaid return label.
