Ingredients:

• 4 oz gin Bluff

• 4 oz lemon juice

• 3 oz honey

• 800 ml sparkling water Indigo Soda

• 1 cucumber Gen V

• A few mint leaves

Method:

Place all ingredients in a pitcher and mix with a spoon.
Garnish with a few thin slices of cucumber.
