  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ½ oz mint syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup Indigo Soda sparkling water
  • Pinch of matcha powder (or peach-flavoured matcha tea!)
  • Ice (optional)


  1. Mix the gin, mint syrup, fresh lime juice, and a pinch of matcha powder in a shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice and top with Indigo Soda sparkling water.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint.
